People travel from all over to visit the Chicago Neuroscience Institute for diagnostic or second opinions. To help serve people in the Chicago metropolitan area the Institute has identified preferred facilities and providers within different geographic locations and municipalities. Preferred providers are given the opportunity to access continuing education and referral resources offered by the Institute. This group of facilities and providers is collectively referred to as the CNI Healthcare Network.

CNI Spinecare Referral Network

The Chicago Neuroscience Institute is well known for its pioneering contributions to neurology and spinecare. People travel from all over to visit CNI for diagnostic or second opinions. Many patients are referred by their attending physician for diagnostic consultation, follow-up assessment and for objective measures of treatment outcome. CNI has served over 350 healthcare providers of various disciplines.

To help facilitate patient access to local care, CNI established a Spinecare Referral Network comprised of independent providers and facilities committed to open communication and collaborative efforts. Selected providers are given the opportunity to access continuing education, special training and referral resources offered by the Institute. Call us for more information.
