The list of diagnostic tests on this website consists of tests that may be performed as part of a neurological evaluation. Not all of these tests are provided on-site at the Chicago Neuroscience Institute. The list is provided for educational/informational purposes only.

Most of the images on the Chicago Neuroscience Institute represent services and technology available on-site. Many of these images were taken within the facility. Some of the images and photos on the CNI website were either purchased or used with permission to convey a message or a process. Some of the stock images used do not represent actual staff members of the Institute.
